Owen initiated his real estate career with Lennar as a Construction Manager in Training out of college. While working as a waiter at Battubelin in the evenings, Owen learned customer relations and communication skills while gaining insight into the intricacies of multifamily dwellings. 

Detouring into trading US equities, Owen wanted to challenge himself while pursuing his interest in a more analytically driven field. Developing an understanding of the characteristics that cause people to fail versus succeed in any given field allowed this detour to serve as a lifelong lesson he can constantly draw upon. Whilst Owen enjoyed trading, he missed developing relationships with others, and his calling to real estate never seemed to dissipate. 

As a junior associate at Gridline Properties, Owen will primarily focus on leasing to start his commercial real estate career. Here, he will learn the leasing backbone to commercial assets while developing leads and making a name for himself. 

Owen graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, minoring in business analytics. He enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his girlfriend, friends, and family during his spare time.
