Jonathan Eismann

With 25 years of experience in commercial real estate as both a successful principal investor and a top producing sales associate, Jonathan Eismann is known for his foresight in identifying prime investment neighborhoods ahead of the curve, spearheading pivotal investments and transactions in neighborhoods like South Beach, Lincoln Road, Wynwood, the Design District and Allapattah at the early onset of their development.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Eismann was a wildly successful chef and restaurateur. At the age of 27, he was Executive Chef at the globally acclaimed China Grill Restaurant in NYC, where he managed a 165-person staff. Subsequently, Eismann founded and created the critically acclaimed Pacific Time restaurant in Miami Beach where he was the chef and owner for 17 years before fully embarking on his real estate journey.

In his role as Senior Associate at Gridline Properties, Eismann focuses on commercial and industrial assets and closes an average of 2 0 transactions a year. Eismann is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where he was voted ‘Most Likely to Succeed’ and was honored as a lifelong ambassador to the university in 2008. He also earned his Certificate of Premier Commis at age 22 in Paris.

Eismann has been happily married to his wife for over 30 years; they have two fantastic daughters together. In his free time, Jonathan also enjoys piloting airplanes, a passion he has cultivated since he was a teenager. He enjoys flying cross country flights as a ferry pilot and participates in public benefit relief flights to support disaster recovery efforts across the country. Eismann also enjoys being an aviation mentor to high school students in support of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association’s (AOPA) Freedom to Fly Initiative as well as a pilot for the Experimental Aircraft Association’s (EAA) Young Eagles Program.
