Stephanie Giner brings over ten years of expertise in communications and marketing across various industries, such as hospitality and tourism, non-profit, real estate, food and beverage, entertainment, and lifestyle. Her journey began at Miami’s iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach resort, where she spent seven years shaping the communications strategy for the 1500+ room property, including over eight food and beverage outlets, a renowned spa, several retail stores and the resort’s BleauLive concert series. In her position, she managed all communication efforts, spanning public relations, social media, influencer relations, crisis communications, and more.

In 2020, Giner served as a communications consultant for several Miami-based commercial real estate and development firms before landing a role as communications director at United Way Miami, one of the most trusted and long-standing non-profit organizations in Miami-Dade County. Here, she led all communications functions, including public relations, social media, leadership positioning and other communications strategies. Giner also held a position at San Diego-based full-service marketing agency, 62ABOVE, where she represented an impressive roster of clients in the hospitality and tourism sector.

Born and raised in Miami, Giner holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Florida International University. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending quality time with her family.
